We frequently try to add something new and different to our diet...and one of our recent additions is quinoa. It's kind of an odd little grain - tiny little round balls with the flavor of styrofoam. But really not bad if mixed into other things. Jared made this for us a short while ago, adding shrimp (for added protein), honey (for flavor), coconut (for texture), and mango (no reason necessary). Pretty delicious, if you ask me.
