Third, here's some more tips for planning your romantic sweataway:
- Rent a bike or two and go for a ride
- Whip up some fresh, easy Italian food (prosciutto with cantelope or real mozzarella with basil, tomatoes and vinegar are super fast and taste phenomenal)
- Make snacks fun and filling...get a whole wheat tortilla, some chocolate or hazelnut spread, peanut butter, almonds, and a banana. Wrap and devour. (As a plus, these travel well and don't need to be kept cold.)
