My musical theatre class has been in full swing for their big performance at the end of May...and this time I'm actually IN the show. With which I have, in all my wisdom and genius, decided to coincide amped up CrossFit training requiring more classes and more squats.
So you probably won't hear from me for a bit.
In the meantime, keep lifting heavy and getting protein!
